Jason Harkes is a certified HR practitioner (CHRP) with extensive experience helping organizations navigate complex workplace challenges. Over the years, he has worked across multiple industries—including retail, construction (unionized and non-unionized), cannabis production, legal services, Indigenous organizations, and entertainment—giving him a unique perspective on workforce dynamics and organizational strategy. In addition to his corporate HR experience, Jason has spent years working in the non-profit sector with local youth, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges faced by the newest generation entering the workforce. This experience has shaped his approach to human resources: practical, adaptable, and focused on helping organizations attract, retain, and develop talent across all levels.
